- Deposit of euro – £200 per person, none refundable.
- Ferry cost is none refundable if you cancel, a voucher will be issued at the discretion of the ferry company, to be used in a 2 year period.

Race Track School Tours
Prices for riders on the track:
Please note - Price includes ferry crossing from Plymouth - Santander return, and a share of a 2 berth cabin - or sole use of cabin where indicated. Cabins are mandatory. Prices only valid for the April 07 event.

Booking:
- Please complete the on line booking form, and send to Motocadia.
- Once received we will confirm acceptance via e-mail, and send an invoice for the deposit payment.details.

Deposits / Payment method: 
- Motocadia only require deposit of £200 per person, this guarantees your holiday, and is none refundable.
- Credit card payments can be taken, VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA Electron, and debit cards, charges imposed by VISA are 4% for credit cards, and 2.5% for debit cards, these amounts will be added to your account if this method is chosen for payment.
- Insuracne deposit for motorcycle is 1300 Euro. This will be fully returned on condition that the motorbike is returned in the same condition. Please note if the motorcycle is stolen, and it is found that you did not use the disc lock provided or that the key was left with the bike you will lose your deposit.
- This deposit must be made by a major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- A further £400 is due 12 weeks before departure, and the balance is due in full 8 weeks before arrival. Cancelation afrter the eight week deadline will result in no refunds. Any cacnealtions prior to the 8 week deadline will result in you loosing your £200 per person depsoit.Any other money paid will be refunded.
- If payment has not been made in full prior to arrival then your holiday will not begin.
Motocadia reserves the right to change the style and make of motorbike at their discretion - however Motocadia would inform any client if this was the case.
Not Included: see indivudal tour details - as they vary.
- Petrol for the tour
- Crash helmet, Protective clothing - jacket, boots, gloves, trousers etc
- Any tolls on motorways - minimal
- Evening dinners, except for one
- Lunches, drinks, snacks, refreshments.
- Any other personal expenses.
- Full accident /medical insurance cover.
- Any motoring fines incurred whilst the bike is in your possession.
