Flights
Unfortunately Motocadia cannot organise your
flight to Portugal, we are not a licenced travel agency ö this is down to
your own preference on airlines, flight times etc. We have,
however, put together a selection of information and contacts
for you to explore.
Prices start at £99 scheduled, with
TAP in May, rising to around the £130 ö 150 range in the summer,
depending on notice and availability etc. There is a good range of flight
times all day with TAP and BA.
Getting to Lisbon from the UK takes 2 hours 20 minutes from
London direct with BA & TAP Air Portugal. When booking please
try to book early for the best seats. Look around it can pay to
do so. Also consider that schedule flights fly every day, so if
you want to extend your holiday by a day or so at the end, then
it is easy ö the choice is yours.
The ticket prices booked directly with the airline, via their
own sites, are usually the best offers, unless they are running
a special deal via the papers etc ö keep an eye out if you are
coming. Also booking as far in advance as possible will always
give you the best prices on flights.
Consider ãopen jaw ticketsä, which
allow you to fly in to one airport and out of another. So you
could arrive in Lisbon and fly back from Faro if you wanted to go to the Algarve
after the Motocadia tour· Another option is to go charter from
the UK to Faro, it might be cheaper, again, consider numbers in
party etc, you could then hire a car and drive up to Lisbon, it
only takes 3.5 hours ö Motocadia would collect you from the
airport after you have returned your car.

We suggest TAP as they fly direct to Portugal, many other
carriers including American firms, will require a change in
another European city, or look at other European airlines that
might fly direct to Lisbon. TAP fares in June from New York are
around $778.00
